In January 2020, FoodPrep Solutions (FPS) was established as a platform company to acquire and consolidate route-based cutlery exchange businesses, as well as industrial/commercial kitchen equipment sales and service companies, focusing initially on the US Eastern seaboard.

By the end of December 2020 the company’s infrastructure as well as 9 add-on acquisitions were completed, establishing the company as one of the largest regional players on the US eastern seaboard.
